On 7 Jun 08 Deputy Sheriff K. Travaglio arrested Troy A. Ledford, age 22, 4530 Church Road, Malta, for .17 breath OVI and for speeding. Stopped on State Route 60, Mr. Ledford claimed he drank two beers that evening but performed poorly on three sobriety tests. When transported to the Washington County Jail, Mr. Ledford tested .125 BAC.

On 7 Jun 08 James Henning, age 57, 1800 Silver Globe Road, Marietta, reported while he was away overnight an unknown suspect(s) entered the home and stole his Dell computer system and two security cameras, a total loss of $1,800. This case remains under investigation (586).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Troy Alan Ledford, age 22, 4530 Church Road, Malta, for .17 breath OVI and for speeding, both misdemeanors. Ledford was arrested on State Route 60 by Deputy Sheriff Staats and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Jun 08 at 1:48 am.

Scott Martin Barrows, age 45, 904 Fourth Street, Marietta, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Barrows was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Jun 08 at 5:50 am.
