On 5 Jun 08 Brad Strahler, age 35, 467 McDonald Road, Waterford, reported he believes his ex-wife caused substantial damage to his vehicle earlier that evening. Mr. Strahler said he left his residence with his daughter when his other daughter phoned and said her mom, from whom he is recently divorced, cracked the windshield, and dented the hood, fender and door and shattered the front passenger light. This case remains under investigation (790).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Ryan W. Wilson, age 21, 18615 County Road 40, Caldwell, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to obtain a valid operator’s license.

Reashawn A. Dunning, age 23, 3006 Kola Way, Columbus, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to obtain a valid operator’s license or to serve three days in jail.

Jonathan T. Humphreys, age 27, 36150 Rocksprings Road, Pomeroy, for being in possession of an open container in a vehicle on 16 May 08.

Shannon L. Scholderer, age 32, 38221 Zuspan Hollow, Middleport, OH, for driving under a license suspended unpaid child support on 17 May 08.

Michael Schoonover, age 41, 45699 Ludolph Ridge Road, New Matamoras, for the theft of $2,285.23 from Carter Lumber.

Amy E. Skulnik, age 33, 138 Independence Square, Wellsville, OH, for driving under a suspended license, speeding and for receiving stolen property on 20 Dec 07.

Jamie C. Waters, age 36, 14002 State Route 339, Watertown, for failing to appear to serve three days in jail on 27 May 08.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Carlos Roberto Munoz Jr., age 34, 612 Ninth Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Munoz was arrested at the courthouse by Probation Officer Gilchrist and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jun 08 at 9:15 am.

Henry Clement Lori Jr., age 46, 100 Sacra Via, Marietta, for disorderly conduct and for violating the terms of his probation, both misdemeanors. Lori was arrested on Front Street in Marietta by Patrolman Hanson of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jun 08 at 1:55 pm.

Lucas Lee Ludwig, age 22, 2473 Depot Road, Salem, OH, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Ludwig was arrested on Fourth Street in Marietta by Patrolman Caldwell of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jun 08 at 6:55 pm.

Alfred Orland Ellis, age 69, 49 Jenny Drive, Belpre, for failure to comply, resisting arrest, failure to control and for .08 breath OVI, all misdemeanors. Ellis was arrested on State Route 339 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jun 08 at 9:07 pm.
