GROSS SEXUAL IMPOSITION
On 17 Mar 08 the mother of a twelve year old Devola resident
reported to the Sheriff’s Office that her daughter was
touched inappropriately by a former co-worker of hers that
she allowed to spend the night on her couch. Interviewed by
Sgt. Parks, the victim said she was awakened the night before
when she felt Anthony C. Williams, age 34, 313 Fourth Street,
Lowell, rubbing her inner thigh. Williams initially denied
the allegation, stating that he was looking for tobacco he
allegedly left in the girl’s bedroom. Williams later
recanted and said he entered the room of the girl he knew to
be twelve or thirteen and decided he would touch her on the
thigh to see if she responded to his advances. Furthermore,
Williams stated he knew what he did was wrong because of the
age of the victim but he did so because it aroused him. Following
his confession Williams was arrested for gross sexual imposition
