On 11 May 08 Deputy Sheriff Anderson issued a citation to Rocky B. Allen, age 48, 1525 Pleasant Ridge Road, Marietta, for operating a vehicle without license plates. Deputy Anderson stopped Mr. Allen at the intersection of Goose Run Road and State Route 26 in Marietta Township.

On 11 May 08 Deputy Sheriff Lockhart issued a citation to Donald E. Hill, age 64, 217 Bridge Street 4B, Caldwell, for driving under a suspended license and for operating a vehicle with an expired registration. Deputy Lockhart stopped Mr. Hill on State Route 7 near Lockhart Street in Dunham Township.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Felicia Christine Jackson, age 27, 710 Front Street Apt. 7, Marietta, for violating the terms of her parole, a felony. Jackson was arrested at the Four Seasons in Marietta by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 May 08 at 1:45 am.

Joshua Dean Motley, age 21, 1608 Hill Street Apt. A, Belpre, for driving under an FRA suspended license and for having an inoperable headlight, both misdemeanors. Motley was arrested on Washington Boulevard in Belpre by Deputy Sheriff Travaglio and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 May 08 at 8:35 am.

Charles Edward Smith IV, age 33, 160 Newells Run Road, Newport, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Smith was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 May 08 at 2:22 pm.

Rhonda Deann Clark, age 31, 1685 Wynncrest Drive, Marietta, for tampering with evidence and for forgery, both felonies. Clark was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 May 08 at 4:16 pm.
