On 3 May 08 Deputy Sheriff Carr arrested Justin Moore, age 25, 1515 Centerbend Road, Beverly, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Stopped and issued a citation for traveling 72 mph on State Route 60, Mr. Moore’s vehicle had an odor of marijuana. A search of Mr. Moore’s vehicle revealed a homemade marijuana pipe and small bag of marijuana concealed in the car’s console.

On 3 May 08 Tammy M. Davis, age 46, 5432 School House Road, Little Hocking, reported between 10 pm the previous evening and 11 am that morning an unknown suspect(s) punctured all four of the tires and also sprayed an unknown substance on her Mitsubishi Gallant that caused the paint to bubble and crystallize. This case remains under investigation (610).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

James Edward Patterson, age 53, 704 Elm Street Apt. 9, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Patterson was arrested in Belpre by Probation Officer Smith and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 08 at 12:05 am.

Ashley Marie St. Peter, age 19, 811 ½ Fourth Street, Marietta, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Peter was arrested at Marietta College by Officer Thomas of the Marietta College Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 08 at 1:10 am.

Darla Arlene Clawson, age 45, 5270 Johnson Ridge Road, Waterford, for OVI, failure to signal and for driving outside the marked lanes of travel, all misdemeanors. Clawson was arrested in Beverly by Patrolman Sams of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 08 at 3:30 am.

Daniel Richard Sampson, age 39, 306 Third Street, Beverly, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Sampson was arrested in Beverly by Patrolman Sams of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 08 at 3:30 am.

Adam Fredrick Bode, age 31, 46471 Bursley Road, Wellington, OH, for OVI and for speeding, both misdemeanors. Bode was arrested on US 50 near milepost three by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 08 at 5:10 am.

Justin Allen Harris, age 26, Marietta, for violating the terms of a protection order, a misdemeanor. Harris was arrested on Second Street in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 08 at 5:32 am.

Bo Damian Ladeaux, age 18, 111 Victory Place, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Ladeaux was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 08 at 8:16 am.

Teri Ellen Rogers, age 45, 404 Scammel Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation and for criminal damaging, both misdemeanors. Rogers was arrested at her residence by Patrolman McClelland of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 08 at 9:51 am.

Justin Michael Moore, age 25, 1515 Centerbend Road, Beverly, for possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and for speeding, all misdemeanors. Moore was arrested on State Route 60 by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 08 at 12:45 pm.

Brandon Shandrae Batts, age 22, 607 College Park Drive, Douglas, GA, for driving under a suspended license and for speeding, both misdemeanors. Batts was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 08 at 3:15 pm.

Benjamin Steven Moore, age 28, 131 Chapel Street Apt. 2, Canastota, NY, for interference with custody, a felony. Moore was arrested at Go Mart in Marietta by Patrolman Gragan of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 08 at 5:24 pm.

Robert Wayland Patterson, age 25, Marietta, for a felony charge of violating the terms of his probation and for a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. Patterson was arrested in the Norwood area by Patrolman Caldwell of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 08 at 6:42 pm.
