On 1 May 08 Ivan Smith, age 59, 915 Dana’s
Run Road, Newport, reported between 10:30 am and 9 pm an unknown
suspect stole his granddaughter’s Razor electric scooter
from his porch. This case remains under investigation (945).
On 1 May 08 Carrie Britton, age 21, 4000 Patten
Mills Road, Stockport, reported she and her grandmother were
away from their residence for several hours that evening and
during that time an unknown suspect(s) entered the unlocked
home and stole a bottle of her grandmother’s Vicodin.
This case remains under investigation (586).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Amanda Varner, age 27, RR 1 Box 20, Williamstown,
for failing to appear for a Debtor’s Exam.
Larry Kerns, age 34, PO Box 69, Davisville, WV, for failing
to appear for a Debtor’s Exam.
Beth Golden, age 41, 104 Lake Road,
Belpre, for failing to appear for a Debtor’s Exam.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Christy Jo Alltop, age 22, Route 1 Box 12,
Palestine, WV, for OVI and for speeding, both misdemeanors.
Alltop was arrested in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 May 08 at
2:26 am.
Skybluewater Keys, age 31, 63 Wood Street,
Buchanan, WV, for speeding and for driving under a license
suspended for a drug offense conviction, both misdemeanors.
Keys was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 May
08 at 10:33 am.
Rex Lynn Roy, age 53, 10334 Veto Road, Belpre, for violating
the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Roy was arrested
at his residence by Probation Officer Hamilton and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 1 May 08 at 6:10 pm.
Stacy Ray Robinson Jr., age 20, 837 Third Street Apt. C, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Robinson was arrested on Gilman Avenue
by Deputy Sheriff Eddy and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 1 May 08 at 7:25 pm.
