On 28 Apr 08 an employee of the Aldeco Motel, 1200 Park Avenue, New Matamoras, reported between 1 am and 6 am that morning an unknown suspect entered the motel office and stole over $200 from the cash drawer. This case remains under investigation (610).

On 28 Apr 08 the co-owner of White Oak Pharmacy, 8465 State Route 339, Vincent, reported when he arrived at the business that morning he saw twenty-three tires, six wheels, a propane tank and a vehicle gas tank strewn about the parking lot and neighboring grass. This case remains under investigation (790).

On 28 Apr 08 Detective Schuck issued a citation to Joshua Motley, age 20, 169 Second Lane, Marietta, for driving under an FRA suspended license. Detective Schuck stopped Mr. Motley at the intersection of State Route 618 and State Route 339 in Belpre Township.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Timothy Shawn Wines, age 37, 20330 State Route 60, Beverly, for driving under a suspended license and for having fictitious plates, both misdemeanors. Wines was arrested in Beverly by Patrolman Oliver of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 08 at 12:15 am.

Garland Anthony Ritchey, age 31, 1819 ½ Washington Boulevard Lot 3, Belpre, for contempt of a court order and for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, both misdemeanors. Ritchey was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Jobes of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 08 at 12:35 am.

Kelly Jane Farnsworth, age 20, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta, for contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. Farnsworth was arrested on Fifth Street in Marietta by Patrolman Hanson of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 08 at 11:10 am.

Shawn Eugene Leasure, age 31, 836 Pike Street Apt. 12, Marietta, for breach of recognizance, passing bad checks and for two counts of failure to appear, all misdemeanors. Leasure was picked up at the Morgan County line by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 08 at 11:30 am.

Daniel Gary West, age 35, 301 Blennerhassett Avenue Apt. A, Belpre, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. West was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Smith and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 08 at 11:45 am.

Ashley Danielle Patel, age 22, 215 Oakwood Avenue, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Patel turned herself in to Patrolman Kampmeier at the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 08 at 12:00 pm.

Donald Joseph Hill, age 23, 857 Southland Cemetery Road, Cutler, for criminal damaging, a misdemeanor. Hill was arrested in Fleming by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 08 at 1:30 pm.

Kenneth Royden Sparks, age 30, 319 Simpson Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Sparks was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 08 at 2:10 pm.

Ronald Ernest Selsor, age 47, 2020 Bear Run Road, Reno, for three felony counts of trafficking in drugs. Selsor was arrested in Newport by Detective Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 08 at 3:17 pm.

Suzanne Mechelle Selsor, age 54, 2020 Bear Run Road, for three felony counts of trafficking in drugs. Selsor was arrested at her residence by Detective Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 08 at 3:55 pm.

Patrick Anthony Shaw, age 42, 1606 Hill Street Apt. B, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Shaw was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Smith and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 08 at 4:45 pm.

Rebecca Sue Longwell, age 30, 830 Fourth Street, Marietta, for four felony counts of trafficking in drugs. Longwell was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 08 at 8:30 pm.
