On 25 Apr 08 Susan K. Meredith, age 52, 1665
Glendale Road, Marietta, reported over the past two months
a diamond ring, two gold necklaces, a pearl ring, three other
necklaces, a ring and diamond earrings have come up missing
from her jewelry box. This case remains under investigation
(1020).
On 25 Apr 08 Deputy Sheriff Mankins requested
a summons for Ronald Gilbert, age 43, 565 Dodd Run Road, Marietta,
for violating the terms of a protection order. Mr. Gilbert
allegedly violated a protection order by phoning Katherine
Hockenberry, age 30, 2470 Pleasant Ridge Road, Marietta, and
hanging up the phone without speaking.
On 25 Apr 08 an employee of UPS, 107 Industry
Road, Marietta, reported a driver delivered a large cabinet
to a porch at 360 Coffman Road but the customer states she
has never seen the item. This case remains under investigation
(586).

Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation by failing
to show proof of completing forty hours of community service.
Charles F. Simmons, age 24, 19441 Circle Drive, Guysville,
for violating the terms of his probation by failing to appear
for his initial intake appointment.
Sheldon D. Hill, age 25, 11827 State Route
555, Cutler, for the theft of a debit card on 21 Feb 08.
Corey A. Rush, age 25, 8696 State Route 555, Chesterhill,
for failing to appear for a probation violation hearing on
23 Apr 08.
Amamda J. Sampe, age 27, 217 Fourth Street, Lowell, for failing
to appear for a probation violation hearing on 23 Apr 08.

were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Rodrick Domion Pettis, age 19, 6644 Seahurst Drive, Columbus,
for failure to appear, a felony. Pettis was arrested on Greene
Street in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 25 Apr 08 at 3:16 am.
Jeremiah Lahman Williams, age 31, 150 Pitts Road, Marietta,
for OVI and for driving outside the marked lanes of travel,
both misdemeanors. Williams was arrested on State Route 7 by
the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 25 Apr 08 at 4:00 am.
Jackson Oden Patterson III, age 23, 719 Orchard
Street, Marietta, for a felony charge of aggravated burglary
and for a misdemeanor charge of theft. Patterson was arrested
at his residence by Officer Moon of the Marietta College Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
25 Apr 08 at 10:04 am.
Yvonne Marie Duskey, age 23, 700 Phillips Street Apt. 3, Marietta,
for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Duskey
was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 25 Apr 08 at 8:00 pm.
