On 22 Apr 08 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks requested a summons for Brittany E. Fisher, age 19, 7474 King Memorial, Mentor, OH, for possession of marijuana and for possession of drug paraphernalia. During a traffic stop on US 50, Deputy Smeeks noticed what appeared to be marijuana in the glove compartment when Ms. Fisher retrieved her vehicle registration. Soon thereafter Ms. Fisher relinquished a marijuana pipe and bag of marijuana she admitted belonged to her.

On 22 Apr 08 a seventeen year old Caywood Road resident reported around 9:30 pm a red truck slowed in front of her home and a passenger in the truck struck her mailbox with what appeared to be a 4” x 4” piece of lumber. This case remains under investigation (945).

On 22 Apr 08 Tammy Taylor, age 39, 209 Fifth Street Ext., Lowell, reported she has a protection order against Lawrence E. Erb, age 42, 225 East Henniger Road, Lowell, and that Mr. Erb was at her home and refused to leave. Gone when Sgt. Stackpole and Deputy Sheriff Norman arrived, Mr. Erb again appeared at Ms. Taylor’s residence when the Deputies departed to search for him. Deputy Norman located Erb walking along State Route 530 after Erb stated he crashed his truck into a tree. Erb appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. Arrested for OVI, for violating the terms of a protection order and failure to control, Erb tested .170 BAC at the Washington County Jail.

Kenneth A. Creamer, age 44, 1711 Roemer Road, Farrell, PA, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $319.80.

Donald J. Hill, age 23, 857 Cemetery Road, Cutler, for damaging a Pontiac Sunbird on 31 Jan 08.

Brian P. Hvizdzak, age 31, 100 Luke Chute Road, Waterford, for disorderly conduct by intoxication on 5 Apr 08.

Shawn E. Leasure, age 31, 836 Pike Street Apt. 12, Marietta, for breach of recognizance for failing to appear for pretrial on 11 Apr 08.

Joseph D. Nicolais, age 27, 1341 Veto Road, Belpre, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $175.50.

Amanda J. Sampe, age 27, 217 Fourth Street, Lowell, for breach of recognizance for failing to appear for pretrial on 4 Apr 08.

Patricia Jones Bonar, age 31, 134 Whipkey Drive, Waterford, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 14 Apr 08.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Bethani Ann Woods, age 30, 734 Lancaster Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Woods was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Smith and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Apr 08 at 2:18 pm.

Christopher Ben Woods, age 31, 734 Lancaster Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Woods was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Smith and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Apr 08 at 2:43 pm.

Lou Ann Baker, age 41, 150 Camelot Road Lot 6, Belpre, for violating the terms of her probation, a felony. Baker was arrested on South Seventh Street by Patrolman Wright of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Apr 08 at 3:00 pm.

David William Hart, age 27, 2950 Righteous Ridge Road, Waterford, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Hart was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Apr 08 at 3:01 pm.

Hank Allen Wells, age 20, 9299 State Route 555, Cutler, for underage possession of alcohol and for obstructing official business, both misdemeanors. Wells was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Apr 08 at 3:45 pm.

Renee Ann Donahue, age 19, 1114 Thomas Street, Parkersburg, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Donahue was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Ferrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Apr 08 at 5:00 pm.

George Thomas Anderson, age 57, 109 Coventry Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Anderson was arrested at his residence by Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Apr 08 at 8:25 pm.

Aloha Rose Scott, age 21, 814 Lee Street, Belpre, for aggravated menacing, resisting arrest and assault, all misdemeanors. Scott was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Clevenger of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Apr 08 at 10:55 pm.
