On 13 Apr 08 Michael L. Stevens, age 31, 2810 Sandhill Road, Marietta, reported he and his wife just arrived home that evening when he observed a small vehicle stop at the end of his driveway. The next thing he heard was glass shattering as the car sped away. Upon inspection, Mr. Stevens said a sledgehammer was used to shatter the windshield of a vehicle he parked along the road. This case remains under investigation (1184).

On 13 Apr 08 Laura Conner, age 41, 1175 Michaelis Road, Marietta, reported between 5 Apr and 7 Apr an unknown suspect stole seven Fentanyl patches from her residence. This case remains under investigation (610).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

James Gregory Harris Jr., age 29, 1535 Braun Road, Belpre, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Harris was arrested at the Four Seasons in Marietta by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Apr 08 at 2:17 am.

Jon Wayne Beardmore, age 50, 17 Putnam Place, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, possession of drugs and for obstructing justice, all misdemeanors. Beardmore was arrested on Third Street in Marietta by Officer Ball of the Marietta College Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Apr 08 at 3:40 am.

Michael James Dilo, age 30, 326D Newton Avenue, Newark, OH, for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Dilo was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Apr 08 at 12:40 pm.

William Bruce Wilson, age 18, 1135 Cisler Drive, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Wilson was arrested on State Route 550 by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Apr 08 at 11:15 pm.
