On 12 Apr 08 Shawn M. Mulligan, age 26, 96
Federal Street, Little Hocking, reported some time since 22
Feb 08 an unknown suspect stole his Visa card and used it to
make a purchase of $14.33. This case remains under investigation
(296).
On 12 Apr 08 Deputy Sheriff Mankins requested
summonses for Jessica D. Lawrence, age 23, 8 Sixth Street,
Belpre and Jennifer Johnson, age 18, 5324 Sandhill Road, Coolville,
for obstructing official business. At Ms. Lawrence’s
residence in an attempt to serve warrants on two suspects,
Deputy Mankins asked Ms. Lawrence and Ms. Johnson if the two
suspects were present. They both answered no but consented
to a search of the residence. In an upstairs bedroom Deputy
Mankins found the suspects for which he was looking and placed
them under arrest.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Ronald Wayne Fisher, age 33, 129 ½ Spring Street, Marietta,
for obstructing official business and for resisting arrest,
both misdemeanors. Fisher was arrested at Marietta Memorial
Hospital by Patrolman Wenzel of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Apr 08
at 12:20 am.
Jack Leonard Hillwig, age 60, 533 Fifth Street, Marietta,
for felonious assault and for a misdemeanor charge of domestic
violence. Hillwig was arrested at his residence by Patrolman
Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 12 Apr 08 at 3:10 am.
Ronald Wayne Fisher, age 33, 129 ½ Spring Street, Marietta,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Fisher was arrested at
his residence by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
12 Apr 08 at 5:25 am.
Angel Beth Jackson, age 25, 8 Sixth Street, Belpre, for failure
to appear, a misdemeanor. Jackson was arrested at her residence
by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 12 Apr 08 at 11:40 pm.
Eldon Ray Pierce Jr., age 31, 8 Sixth Street, Belpre, for
failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Pierce was arrested at his
residence by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 12 Apr 08 at 11:40 pm.
