Road, New Matamoras, a fugitive from justice. Erb turned himself
in to Patrolman Hanson at the Marietta City Police Department
and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Apr
08 at 10:00 am.
Tytus Lamarr Shields, age 19, 101 Gilman Street, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Shields
was arrested at the intersection of Sixth and Greene Streets
in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Travaglio and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 9 Apr 08 at 12:30 pm.
Chad Andrew Schwendeman, age 26, 427 Strecker Lane, Marietta,
for a felony charge of tampering with drugs and for misdemeanor
charges of possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Schwendeman was arrested at the intersection of Sixth and Greene
Streets in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Staats and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 9 Apr 08 at 12:45 pm.
Drew Patrick Craig, age 21, 453 McCoy Hall, Marietta, for
assault and for criminal trespassing, both misdemeanors. Craig
was arrested at Marietta College by Officer Ball of the Marietta
College Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 9 Apr 08 at 1:30 pm.
Robert Dean Jordan, age 44, 136 ½ Harmar Street, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Jordan
was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Probation Officer
Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on
9 Apr 08 at 5:24 pm.
Steven Douglas Fulton, age 54, 207 Curtis Avenue, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Fulton was arrested on Seventh Street
in Marietta by Patrolman Sury of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Apr 08 at
8:57 pm.
Brandon Lee Hoffert, age 23, 410 Fearing Street, Marietta,
for two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Hoffert was
arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 9 Apr 08 at 10:50 pm.
