On 5 Apr 08 Deputy Sheriff Staats arrested
Timothy R. King, age 18, 506 McDonald Road, Waterford, for
possession of drug paraphernalia. Stopped for having a loud
exhaust on State Route 550, Mr. King’s vehicle was searched
after Deputy Staats’ canine indicated the presence of
drugs. The search that ensued yielded a metal marijuana pipe
Mr. King said he attempted to conceal before being stopped.
On 5 Apr 08 Stephen R. Baker, age 22, 15 Mercer
Road, Stockport, received citations for driving under an FRA
suspended license at 2:05 am and at 6:00 am. The citations
were issued by Deputy Rhodes and Deputy Staats on State Route
550 and on Putnam Street, respectively.
On 5 Apr 08 Joshua Love, age 26, 39405 Crum
Road, Lower Salem, reported approximately 1500 feet of scrapped
metal pipe was stolen from a jobsite on Palmer Road in Stockport
sometime between 3 Apr and 4 Apr. This case remains under investigation
(586).
On 5 Apr 08 Rocky B. Allen, age 48, 1525 Pleasant
Ridge Road, Marietta, reported while his truck was parked at
26780 State Route 7 between 2 pm and 7 pm that day an unknown
suspect stole a set of welding leads valued at $1,000. This
case remains under investigation (1184).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Amber Lynn Feibel, age 30, 420 School Street, Macksburg, for
two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Feibel was arrested
at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 5 Apr 08 at 2:15 am.
Stephen Robert Baker Jr., age 22, 15 Mercer Road, Stockport,
for driving under an FRA suspended license, a misdemeanor.
Baker was arrested on Front Street in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff
Staats and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Apr
08 at 6:30 am.
Anna Denise Jones, age 43, 310 Morris Loop Road, Marietta,
for breaking and entering, a felony. Jones was arrested at
her residence by Sgt. Stackpole of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Apr
08 at 11:02 pm.
Betty Ruth Simpson, age 55, 310 Morris Loop Road, Marietta,
for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Simpson
was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Stackpole of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 5 Apr 08 at 11:15 pm.
