On 4 Apr 08 Deputy Sheriff Reynolds began
an investigating of the theft of computer parts by students
in a computer class at Washington County Career Center.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Gerald Dean Felton, age 69, 106 Main Street, New Matamoras,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Felton was arrested at his residence
by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 4 Apr 08 at 1:50 am.
Nathaniel David Duncan, age 26, 900 51st Street, Vienna, for
OVI and for speeding, both misdemeanors. Duncan was arrested
near milepost four on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Apr 08 at
2:10 am.
Jessie James Corder, age 27, 141 Main Street, Macksburg, for
violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Corder
was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 4 Apr 08 at 6:25 am.
William Robert Harris, age 28, 1535 Braun Road, Belpre, for
failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines,
a misdemeanor. Harris turned himself in to Patrolman Newell
of the Marietta City Police Department and was processed into
the Washington County Jail on 4 Apr 08 at 11:05 am.
Jason Eugene Milliron, age 23, 506 McDonald Road, Vincent,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines and for violating the terms of his probation, both misdemeanors.
Milliron was arrested on Second Street in Marietta by Probation
Officer Ferrell and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 4 Apr 08 at 5:00 pm.
Deidre Fawn Murphy, age 41, 615 Montgomery Street, Marietta,
for theft, a felony. Murphy was arrested at Baker and Baker
in Marietta by Patrolman Hanson of the Marietta City Police
Department and was processed into the Washington County Jail
on 4 Apr 08 at 5:15 pm.
Andrew Jacob Varner, age 39, 3312 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg,
for OVI, for not wearing a seat belt and for failure to signal,
all misdemeanors. Varner was arrested near milepost eleven
on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 4 Apr 08 at 9:20 pm.
Lonnie Duane Dalrymple Jr., age 23, 1308 Williamson Avenue
Apt. 1E, New Matamoras, for obstructing official business and
for violating the terms of his probation, both misdemeanors.
Dalrymple turned himself in to Chief Bourne at the New Matamoras
Police Department and was processed into the Washington County
Jail on 4 Apr 08 at 9:30 pm.
