On 30 Mar 08 Deputy Sheriff Anderson issued a minor misdemeanor citation to Christopher L. Byrd, age 19, 9626 State Route 555, Cutler, for disorderly conduct by intoxication. On 30 Mar 08 Deputy Travaglio investigated reports of a disturbance at either the trailer or neighboring camper at 401 Third Street in Macksburg.
