On 19 Mar 08 James Rhodes, age 53, 151 Second Street, Vincent, reported he has a protection order against an individual and that the individual contacted his employer which is a violation of the protection order. This case remains under investigation (586).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Gary L. Cable, age 27, 22500 Frostyville Road, Caldwell, for driving under a suspended license on 6 Mar 08.

Robert L. Lilly, age 26, 2901 Wells Road, Waterford, for two counts of hunting without a deer permit on 7 Nov 07.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Justin Alan Zinser, age 19, 1208 County House Lane Apt. A, Marietta, for possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, for operating a vehicle without a license, for having a cracked windshield and for having an inoperable license plate light, all misdemeanors. Zinser was arrested at Cedar Bark Apartments by Deputy Sheriff Travaglio and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Mar 08 at 12:23 am.

Robin Jerome Richards, age 20, State Route 550, Barlow, for possession of drugs and for possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Richards was arrested at Cedar Bark Apartments by Deputy Sheriff Travaglio and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Mar 08 at 12:55 am.

Eric Lee Cumblidge, age 32, 1325 Covert Street, Parkersburg, for possession of drug abuse instruments, a misdemeanor. Cumblidge was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Mar 08 at 1:10 pm.
