On 13 Mar 08 Brian Ogden, age 48, 62 East
Lake Road, Belpre, reported sometime over the past four days
a 4’ x 4’ x 5’ aluminum container was stolen
from his vacant property at 2185 Turkey Hollow Road. This case
remains under investigation (586).
On 13 Mar 08 Lt. Wilson conducted a traffic
stop on Butler Street on a vehicle that was reported stolen
in Guernsey County. Lt. Wilson learned the vehicle belonged
to the father of one of the four passengers, who stated they
were hanging out and driving around in the car. The suspects,
two of whom are juveniles, were released to the custody of
Guernsey County officials who will pursue charges in the matter.
On 13 Mar 08 a twenty-four year old Marietta
resident reported for the past month he’s received nearly
thirty harassing phone calls from an acquaintance. This case
remains under investigation (1207).

Office received the following warrants:
Juaniqua M. Brown, age 26, 985 E. 17th Street,
Columbus, for failing to appear to serve ten days in jail on
7 Mar 08.
Merrill A. Dawson, age 60, 50365 Arbaugh Lane, Tuppers Plains,
for failing to appear for pretrial on 7 Mar 08.
Amber L. Feibel, age 30, 527 Main Street Apt. 5, Caldwell,
for failing to appear to serve sixty-four days in jail on 10
Mar 08.
William R. Huffman Jr., age 41, 3043 Redgate Lane, Youngstown,
for failing to appear for pretrial and jury trial on 6 Mar
08.
Paulette Bailey, age 42, 306 Lord Street,
Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing
on an order to show cause on 4 Mar 08.
Jamie C. Waters, age 35, Watertown, for failure to appear
at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 4 Mar
08.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Donna Marie Jackson, age 35, 11 Milltown Road
Apt. A, Newport, for violating the terms of her probation,
a misdemeanor. Jackson was arrested at her residence by Probation
Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 13 Mar 08 at 6:25 pm.
Daniel Lee Lewis, age 54, 74311 Old 21 Road, Kimbolton, OH,
for a felony charge of robbery and for a misdemeanor charge
of possession of drugs. Lewis was arrested at Wal-Mart in Marietta
by Patrolman Newell of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Mar 08
at 11:50 pm.
