On 25 Feb 08 a forty-one year old Reno resident
reported her fourteen year old daughter was visiting a relatives
home for the weekend and refused to return home. Locating and
returning the juvenile to her mother, Deputy Sheriff Travaglio
requested a summons for the teenager to appear in Juvenile
Court for being unruly.
On 25 Feb 08 Sgt. Stackpole issued a citation
to Shawn A. Nitz, age 30, 252 Union Avenue, Pomeroy, for operating
a vehicle with fictitious tags. Sgt. Stackpole stopped Mr.
Nitz on State Route 7 at Gravel Bank Road in Warren Township.
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Ryan E. Hayes, age 30, 200 Derrer Road, Columbus,
for failing to appear to serve three days in jail on 18 Feb
08.
Wayne A. Rhodes, age 19, 820 Mill Branch Road, Belpre, for
failing to appear to begin serving five jail sentences on 18
Feb 08.
The following
individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Traci Lea Schwendeman, age 35, 830 ½ Third
Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation,
a misdemeanor. Schwendeman was arrested at the office of Probation
Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 25 Feb 08 at 12:24 pm.
Ronald Lee Cyrus Hornbeck, age 36, Fifth Street
Apt. 18, Belpre, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Hornbeck was arrested at his residence
by Patrolman Kirby of the Belpre City Police Department and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Feb 08 at 2:17
pm.
Juaniqua Monique Brown, age 26, 985 17th Street, Columbus,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Brown was picked up in Franklin County
by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 25 Feb 08 at 4:31 pm.
Timothy Wesley Moore Jr., age 30, State Route 555, Bartlett,
for contempt of a court order and for safecracking, both felonies.
Moore was picked up in Forest, PA by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Feb 08
at 5:00 pm.
Chad Everett McNabb, age 35, 216 Sixth Street, Beverly, for
violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. McNabb
was arrested at his residence by Probation Officer Brockmeier
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Feb 08
at 8:15 pm.
