On 20 Feb 08 Deputy Sheriff Tucker responded
to a residence on State Route 7 in Marietta where a male subject
intentionally ingested an overdose of fifteen Thorazine pills.
The Reno Fire Department transported the victim to Marietta
Memorial Hospital for treatment and evaluation.
On 20 Feb 08 Deputy Sheriff Lockhart arrested
Kenneth D. Varnado, age 21, 2202 Hill Street Apt. G, Belpre,
for .08 breath OVI and for driving under an OVI suspended license.
Stopped for driving erratically on State Route 7, Mr. Varnado
had a strong odor of alcohol. Mr. Varnado performed poorly
on field sobriety tests and admitted consuming four or five
beers. When transported to the Washington County Jail Mr. Varnado
tested .162 BAC.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Timothy John Bookman, age 27, Marietta, for disorderly conduct
by intoxication and for disorderly conduct by fighting, both
misdemeanors. Bookman was arrested at Sierra Apartments by
Deputy Sheriff Lockhart and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 20 Feb 08 at 12:01 am.
Kenneth Dwayne Varnado, age 21, 2202 Hill Street Apt. G, Belpre,
for .08 breath OVI and for driving under an OVI suspended license,
both misdemeanors. Varnado was arrested on State Route 7 by
Deputy Sheriff Lockhart and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 20 Feb 08 at 2:18 am.
Jason Eugene Wolfe, age 35, 836 Pike Street, Marietta, for
violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Wolfe
was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Lockhart and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Feb 08 at 3:50
am.
Michael Joseph Littleton, age 20, 710 Front
Street Apt. 11, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation,
a misdemeanor. Littleton was arrested at his residence by Probation
Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 20 Feb 08 at 2:48 pm.
Aaron John Sarver, age 21, 15936 State Route 550, Fleming,
for contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. Sarver was arrested
his residence by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 20 Feb 08 at 2:59 pm.
Brian Patrick Hardie, age 22, 3650 Millers Lane, Marietta
for a felony charge of failure to register a change of address
as a registered sex offender and a misdemeanor charge of violating
the terms of his probation. Hardie was arrested in Marietta
by Deputy Sheriff Day and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 20 Feb 08 at 7:57 pm.
