On 17 Feb 08 an employee of Washington Electric
Cooperative, 406 Colegate Drive, Marietta, reported an unknown
suspect(s) cut a padlock to enter their Bartlett Substation
at Patten Mills Road and stole eighty feet of copper wire.
This case remains under investigation (610).
On 17 Feb 08 Deputy Sheriff Norman issued
a citation to Timothy J. Jaeger, age 44, 119 Newsad Road, Waterford,
for operating a vehicle with license plates that expired in
November 2004 and for not wearing a seat belt. Deputy Norman
stopped Mr. Jaeger on State Route 339 near Milner Road in Waterford
Township.
On 17 Feb 08 Deputy Sheriff McLeish arrested
Amy R. Massey, age 26, 1207 County House Lane Apt. F, Marietta,
for consuming alcohol in a vehicle. A passenger in a vehicle
stopped for having one functioning headlight, Ms. Massey stated
she was drinking from the open beer can at her feet. Also charged
as a result of the stop was a seventeen year old Lower Salem
resident. She said she had been drinking at a party earlier
that evening.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Amy Renee Massey, age 26, 1207 County House Lane Apt. F, Marietta,
for consuming alcohol in a vehicle, a misdemeanor. Massey was
arrested on State Route 7 in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff McLeish
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Feb 08
at 1:22 am.
Cynthia Kay Dailey, age 33, 1125 Greene Street, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Dailey was arrested
at the Four Seasons in Marietta by Patrolman Blasko of the
Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 17 Feb 08 at 2:25 am.
Paul Samuel Pasco, age 45, PO Box 107, Lowell, for possession
of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.
Pasco was arrested on State Route 339 by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17
Feb 08 at 3:15 am.
Scott Paul Pasco, age 26, 505 East Branch Road, Lowell, for
OVI and for having fictitious plates, both misdemeanors. Pasco
was arrested on State Route 339 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Feb 08
at 3:38 am.
James Joseph O’Connell, age 50, 1205 County House Lane
Apt. E, Marietta, for violating the terms of his parole, a
felony. O’Connell turned himself in to Deputy Sheriff
Hall and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 17
Feb 08 at 9:00 pm.
