On 13 Feb 08 Rusty Nolan, age 36, 924 Robinson Hill Road, Marietta, reported the catalytic converter of a Geo Prism he has for sale was stolen sometime since the first of the year. This case remains under investigation (1020).

On 13 Feb 08 Deputy Sheriff Lockhart was dispatched to the scene of a domestic dispute at 6053 Federal Road, Little Hocking. At the residence the involved parties, Oleta Church, age 36, and her husband Teddy, age 41, both confirmed a dispute occurred but would not elaborate. Due to the lack of cooperation, Deputy Lockhart was unable to observe any injuries or to identify the primary aggressor. Therefore he issued minor misdemeanor citations to Mr. and Mrs. Church for disorderly conduct by fighting.

On 13 Feb 08 Sgt. Brockmeier responded to the scene of death of an eighty-four year old Little Hocking resident. The man’s death appears natural; no foul play is suspected.

Jodie L. Grimes, age 26, 600 ½ Main Street, New Matamoras, for five counts of issuing bad checks to the Village Market.

Jerrod D. Russell, age 31, 27400 State Route 7 Lot 64, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to make regular fine payments as ordered by the court.

Aaron J. Sarver, age 22, 15936 State Route 550, Fleming, for driving under an FRA suspended license, for having fictitious tags and for having faulty tail lights on 29 Dec 07.

Jerry W. Seabolt, age 36, 255 Highland Ridge Road, Marietta, for assault and aggravated menacing on 6 Feb 08.

Noel M. Strawhecker, age 37, 2053 Lynbridge Road, Reynoldsburg, OH, for six counts of falsification for attempting to use a fraudulent address to obtain vehicle registrations.

Clarence A. Wriston, age 33, 803 Virginia Street, Marietta, for an act of domestic violence committed on 2 Feb 08.

Stephan McGuire, age 26, 2305 Bitter Creek Trail, Rocksprings, WY, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 4 Feb 08.
