On 20 Jan 08 Kelly Barnhart, age 43, 100 Winters
Drive, Marietta, reported a 1994 Toyota truck belonging to
her son was stolen. Ms. Barnhart was unaware the vehicle was
missing until the Marietta Police Department informed her that
the vehicle was abandoned in Marietta after a short pursuit.
This case remains under investigation (500).
On 20 Jan 08 Patrick L. Smith, age 49, 72
Aldon Gage Road, Cutler, reported while he was away from his
residence overnight an unknown suspect(s) broke into his storage
shed and stole $3,500 worth of tools. Stolen items include
Dewalt saws, a welder a generator, an air compressor, power
cords, a nailer and tension straps. This case remains under
investigation (515).
The following
individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Chaz Gregory Mohler, age 19, 11344 Walnut Hill Road, Glouster,
for .02 breath underage OVI, a misdemeanor. Mohler was arrested
on US 50 near State Route 555 by Deputy Sheriff Smeeks and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jan 08 at 12:29
am.
James David Warner, age 26, 1101 Colonial Drive, Marietta,
for theft and for breach of recognizance, both misdemeanors.
Warner was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Blasko of
the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 20 Jan 08 at 2:38 am.
Jason Scott O’Donnell, age 26, Washington Boulevard
Lot A, Belpre, for .17 breath OVI, for driving under a suspended
license, for driving outside the marked lanes of travel, for
possession of drugs and for possession of drug paraphernalia,
all misdemeanors. O’Donnell was arrested on Braun Road
in Belpre by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 20 Jan 08 at 3:40 am.
Kenny Drago Kukich, age 34, 772 Greene Street, Newport, for
a felony charge of aggravated menacing and for a misdemeanor
charge of disorderly conduct. Kukich was arrested on Matthew
Street in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 20 Jan 08 at 5:45 pm.
