On 19 Jan 07 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks arrested
Chaz G. Mohler, age 19, 11344 Walnut Hill Road, Glouster, for
.02 breath underage OVI. Stopped for having only one operational
headlight, Mr. Mohler had an odor of alcohol, bloodshot eyes
and dilated pupils. Following his poor performance on field
sobriety tests, Mr. Mohler was transported to the Washington
County Jail where he tested .022 BAC.
On 19 Jan 08 Deputy Sheriff Lockhart issued
a citation to Gina D. Stalford, age 44, 2053 Laurel Ridge Road,
Marietta, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Lockhart
stopped Ms. Stalford on Highland Ridge Road near State Route
821 in Muskingum Township.
On 19 Jan 08 Deputy Sheriff Lockhart issued
a citation to Robert W. Flinn, age 27, 66 Aqua Isles, Parkersburg,
for traveling 60 mph in a 50 mph zone. Deputy Lockhart stopped
Mr. Flinn on State Route 7 near Clement Avenue in Belpre Township.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Felicia Christine Jackson, age 26, 300 Phillips Street, Marietta,
for violating the terms of her parole, a felony. Jackson was
arrested at the Four Seasons in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 19 Jan 08 at 12:05 am.
Jessica Lynn Mantz, age 29, 29765 State Route 7, Marietta,
for violating the terms of her parole, a felony. Mantz was
arrested at the Four Seasons in Marietta by Patrolman McCracken
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 19 Jan 08 at 12:05 am.
Roy Hampton Leach, age 49, 17660 Dorr Run Road, Nelsonville,
for OVI, for driving under an OVI suspended license, possession
of drug paraphernalia, speeding and for not wearing a seat
belt, all misdemeanors. Leach was arrested on State Route 60
by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 19 Jan 08 at 2:57 am.
Tony Trent Hill, age 42, 1192 Patten Mills Road, Bartlett,
for possession of dangerous ordnance and for receiving stolen
property, both felonies. Hill was arrested at his residence
by Deputy Sheriff Staats and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 19 Jan 08 at 9:50 am.
William Oarn Hardman, age 37, 1111 Lancaster Street, Marietta,
for assault, a misdemeanor. Hardman was arrested on Lancaster
Street by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 19 Jan 08 at 3:20 pm.
