On 18 Jan 08 William Lucas, age 34, 411 Camp
Hervida Road, Waterford, reported his live-in girlfriend Jacquelyn
Johnson, age 26, grabbed his wrist and bit him. Upset that
her boyfriend of two years is never home, Ms. Johnson admitted
biting Mr. Lucas. Mr. Lucas said he was not in fear for his
safety, therefore Deputy Sheriff Malone requested a summons
for Ms. Johnson for disorderly conduct.
On 18 Jan 08 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes issued
a citation to Bryan S. Russell, age 46, 24215 Brimstone Ridge,
Coolville, for operating a vehicle with a registration that
expired in September 2007. Deputy Rhodes stopped Mr. Russell
on US 50 near State Route 124 in Belpre Township.
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Anna B. Kline, age 26, 692 Jackson Street,
Nelsonville, for violating the terms of her probation by failing
to show proof of completing community service or to appear
to serve three days in jail.
Jessica A. Malone, age 26, 471 McDonald Road, Waterford, for
issuing a bad check for $307.27 to Sponey’s IGA on 24
Sep 07.
Corey A. Rush, age 25, 8696 State Route 555, Chesterhill,
for violating the terms of his probation by failing to show
proof of obtaining a valid motorcycle license or to appear
to serve three days in jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Todd Dustin Fouty, age 28, 200 Front Street
Apt. 2, Marietta, for violating the terms of his parole, a
felony. Fouty was arrested on Front Street by Patrolman Chapman
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 18 Jan 08 at 1:36 am.
Donna Marie Neighbors, age 36, 1308 Williamson
Avenue Apt. 2C, New Matamoras, for failure to appear at a court
ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Neighbors was
arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 18 Jan 08 at 11:50 am.
Daniel Thomas Gallik, age 22, 2883 Royalwood Road, Broadview
Heights, OH, for possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia
and for speeding, all misdemeanors. Gallik was arrested on
Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 18 Jan 08 at 4:10 pm.
Tiffany Jean Burwell, age 21, 405 ½ Franklin Street,
Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Burwell was
arrested at the Sheriff’s Office by Deputy Sheriff Carr
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Jan 08
at 5:13 pm.
Robert Jonathan Huffman, age 26, 797 Channel Lane, Marietta,
for passing bad checks, a misdemeanor. Huffman was arrested
at his residence by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 18 Jan 08 at 7:22 pm.
Steven Douglas Fulton, age 54, 207 Curtis Avenue, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Fulton was arrested on Quarry Street
by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 18 Jan 08 at 10:30 pm.
