On 16 Jan 08 Deputy Sheriff Travaglio issued a citation to Richard E. Thomas, age 47, 308 Fifth Street, Lowell, for failure to obey a traffic control device. Deputy Travaglio stopped Mr. Thomas after he failed to stop at a red light when turning from State Route 530 onto State Route 60 in Lowell.

On 16 Jan 08 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes issued a citation to Harlen R. Flesher, age 33, 127 Greene Street, Newport, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Rhodes stopped Mr. Flesher near milepost twenty-eight on State Route 7 in Marietta Township.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Scott A. Anderson, age 24, 1057 Spider Ridge Road, Parkersburg, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $84.50.

Courtney Dailey, age 22, 2710 Lottridge Road, Guysville, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $544.03.

Aaron K. Farnsworth, age 28, 700 Lulu Street, Parkersburg, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $3,214.25.

Amber L. Feibel, age 30, 527 Main Street Apt. 5, Caldwell, for failing to appear for a contempt hearing on 9 Jan 08.

Emmanuel L. Ramirez, age 35, 1100 12th Street Apt. 6, Vienna, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,020.50.

Matthew S. Shafer, age 25, 55 Beardsley Road, Lowell, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $195.00.

Timothy W. Wickersham, age 27, 25790 McNichols Road, Racine, OH, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $448.50.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Tina Marie Crumb, age 39, 160 Hull Road, Whipple, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Crumb was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Jan 08 at 11:30 am.

Chad William Richard Warner, age 22, 260 Greenbrier Circle, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Warner was picked up at the Franklin County jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Jan 08 at 4:15 pm.

Jessica Renee Baker, age 18, 16525 Glen Slay Road, Caldwell, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines and for violating the terms of her probation, both misdemeanors. Baker was picked up at the county line by Deputy Sheriff Day and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Jan 08 at 8:47 pm.

Tina Marie Sims, age 43, 11870 Veto Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Sims was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Spencer and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Jan 08 at 9:28 pm.
