On 9 Jan 08 Deputy Sheriff Norman requested
a summons for a sixteen year old Marietta resident to appear
in Juvenile Court for being an unruly runaway. Earlier that
day the girl’s parents reported their daughter returned
home from school early at 10 am, left driving her Dodge Intrepid
and was possibly bound for Columbus. The teenager later sent
a text message to her parents saying she was okay but did not
divulger her whereabouts.
On 9 Jan 08 Christine V. Coe, age 65, 1220
Brackenridge Road, Vincent, reported an ATV that she gave to
her grandson and that he kept at 1235 County House Lane, Marietta,
was stolen sometime between 20 Dec 07 and 8 Jan 08. This case
remains under investigation (1293).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Nathan Dewaine Linger, age 24, 16687 State
Route 339, Dexter City, for violating the terms of his probation,
a felony. Linger was picked up at the Adult Probation office
by Corrections Officer Anderson and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 9 Jan 08 at 10:32 am.
Thomas Matthew Dyar, age 41, 6133 Waterford Road, Marietta,
for theft and forgery, both felonies. Dyar was arrested in
Marietta by Sgt. Stackpole of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Jan
08 at 3:25 pm.
Gregory Alan Huxley, age 48, 1326 Avery Street, Parkersburg,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Huxley
was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Probation Officer
Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on
9 Jan 08 at 5:15 pm.
Kevin Paul Lutchmansingh, age 30, 113 Muskingum Drive, Marietta,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Lutchmansingh was arrested
at the Marietta City Police Department by Patrolman Huffman
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Jan 08 at
7:16 pm.
Carl Nelson Robison, age 40, 121 ½ Greene Street Apt.
3, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Robison was arrested in Marietta
by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Jan 08 at
9:00 pm.
Kenneth Ray Rogers, age 20, 116 Elmwood Avenue, Marietta,
for driving under an FRA suspended license, a misdemeanor.
Rogers was arrested at the intersection of Sixth and Greene
Streets in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Travaglio and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 9 Jan 08 at 11:50 pm.
