On 4 Jan 08 Denver K. Mace, age 45, 807 Grandview Avenue, New Matamoras, reported sometime since 27 Dec four aluminum rims with tires were stolen from his yard. Deputy Sheriff Reynolds turned this case over to the New Matamoras Police Department for further investigation.

On 4 Jan 08 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Douglas W. Williams, age 36, 302 E. Spring Street, Marietta, for operating a vehicle with fictitious plates. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Williams on US 50 near Lockhart Street in Belpre Township.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Richard Arlen Huddleston, age 29, 632 Cisler Drive, Marietta, for OVI, for driving under an OVI suspended license, for driving left of center and for failure to register, all misdemeanors. Huddleston was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jan 08 at 9:05 am.

Debra Anne Turner, age 48, 336 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Turner was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jan 08 at 9:49 am.

Gregory Alan Huxley, age 48, 1326 Avery Street, Parkersburg, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Huxley was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jan 08 at 5:00 pm.
