On 26 Dec 07 Deputy Sheriff Eddy requested a summons for George D. Carpenter, age 40, 845 County House Lane, Marietta, for sexual imposition. Carpenter, who is a registered sex offender, allegedly grabbed the chest of another resident at the County Home on several occasions despite being ordered not to do so.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Ames Dennis Rhodes, age 32, 825 County House Lane, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Rhodes turned himself in to Deputy Sheriff Eddy and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Dec 1:30 am.

David Allen Sayres, age 42, 840 Pike Street Apt. 42, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Sayres was arrested on Pike Street in Marietta by Patrolman Kampmeier of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Dec 07 at 10:05 pm.

Evette Meshelle O’Brien, age 29, 125 Dean Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. O’Brien was arrested on Front Street in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Dec 07 at 10:30 pm.
