On 23 Dec 07 Tracy L. Edgar, age 35, 800 Handschumaker
Road, Marietta, reported $100 was stolen from her purse sometime
while friends visited her residence overnight. This case remains
under investigation (1184).
On 23 Dec 07 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued
a citation to Jessica D. Beaver, age 25, 101 Evans Street,
New Matamoras, for not stopping at a stop sign and for driving
with expired license plates. Deputy Mankins stopped Ms. Beaver
after she failed to stop when at the intersection of Millers
Lane and State Route 7 in Marietta Township.
On 23 Dec 07 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued
a citation to Sheldon D. Hill, age 25, 11776 State Route 555,
Cutler, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Mankins
stopped Mr. Hill on State Route 550 in Barlow Township.
On 23 Nov 07 Deputy Sheriff Lockhart arrested
Caleb S. Westbrook, age 25, 2050 Federal Road, Little Hocking,
for obstruction of justice. During a stop for a traffic violation,
Westbrook provided false information to Deputy Lockhart to
avoid being arrested for an active warrant.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Brian Andrew Brown, age 19, 111 Old School Lane, Fleming,
for reckless operation, criminal trespassing and for theft,
all misdemeanors. Brown was arrested at the Career Center by
Deputy Sheriff Travaglio and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 23 Dec 1:57 am.
Corey Ryan Wunderlich, age 18, 300 Stone Quarry Road, Fleming,
for criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor. Wunderlich was arrested
at the Career Center by Deputy Sheriff Travaglio and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 2:19 am.
Howard Edward Baker, age 36, 929 Market Street, Parkersburg,
for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Baker was arrested in
Belpre by Deputy Sheriff Smeeks and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 23 Dec 4:05 pm.
Caleb Seth Westbrook, age 25, 2050 Federal Road, Little Hocking,
for obstructing official business and for theft, both misdemeanors.
Westbrook was arrested in Little Hocking by Deputy Sheriff
Lockhart and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23
Dec 5:00 pm.
Eldon Ray Pierce Jr., age 31, 8 Sixth Street, Belpre, for
domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Pierce was arrested at his
residence by Patrolman Williams of the Belpre City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 07
at 6:34 pm.
