On 16 Dec 07 Sgt. Parks issued a citation to Randal M. Nalle, age 38, 116 Walker Street, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license. Sgt. Parks stopped Mr. Nalle at the intersection of State Route 60 and Chamberlain Drive in Muskingum Township.

On 16 Dec 07 Sgt. Parks and Deputy Sheriff Malone responded to an assault complaint at the Outskirts Lounge on State Route 550. The alleged victim, James Webb, age 30, 410 Cramer Drive, Marietta, stated an unknown male, later identified as Gary Luke, age 36, 225 S. Seventh Street, Marietta, punched him without provocation. Contrarily, Mr. Luke claimed Mr. Webb initiated an argument and swung his fist at him. Unable to find cooperating witnesses, Deputy Malone requested summonses for Webb and Luke for disorderly conduct by fighting.

On 16 Dec 07 Sgt. Underwood issued a citation to Tracy L. Carr, age 36, 591 Lowell Hill Road, Waterford, for driving under a license suspended for not paying child support. Sgt. Underwood stopped Ms. Carr at the intersection of Putnam Street and Gilman Avenue in Marietta.

The following individual wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:

Desiray Ann Foster, age 18, 291 Columbia Court, Cambridge, for a felony charge of robbery and a misdemeanor charge of underage consumption of alcohol. Foster was arrested on Pike Street by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Dec 07 at 3:32 am.
