On 10 Dec 07 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks issued
a citation to John J. Yasak, age 22, 2352 Appleby Drive, Wheaton,
IL, for traveling 75 mph in a 60 mph zone. Deputy Smeeks stopped
Mr. Yasak on US 50 near milepost three in Belpre Township.
On 10 Dec 07 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes issued
a citation to Nancy D. Walker, age 50, 2836 Sealy Ridge Road,
Vincent, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Rhodes
stopped Ms. Walker on US 50 near Farson Street in Belpre Township.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Herbert Leroy Nunn II, age 32, 121 Brant Drive,
Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony.
Nunn was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Gilchrist
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Dec 07
at 12:46 pm.
Carla Marie O’Neill, age 37, 115 Deer Haven Street,
Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor.
O’Neill was arrested at the office of Probation Officer
Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10
Dec 07 at 1:30 pm.
Jason Ian Dunn, age 22, 519 Aurora Street, Marietta, for contempt
of a court order, a misdemeanor. Dunn was arrested in Juvenile
Court and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Dec
07 at 2:13 pm.
Nathan Wayne Davis, age 20, 263 Linton Hill Road, Coolville,
for felony charges of automobile theft and unauthorized use
of a motor vehicle and for misdemeanor charges of violating
the terms of his probation and failure to appear at a court
ordered hearing on unpaid fines. Davis was picked up at the
Corrections Reception Center by Corrections officer Bichard
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Dec 07
at 2:30 pm.
Richard Anthony Rojas, age 21, 998 Longwood Avenue Apt. 42,
Bronx, NY, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Rojas was picked
up at the North Central Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Dec 07
at 2:54 pm.
Kelly Jane Farnsworth, age 19, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta,
for breach of recognizance and theft, both misdemeanors. Farnsworth
was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 10 Dec 07 at 3:25 pm.
Randall Wayne Delancey, age 43, 5700 Buchanan Road, Waterford,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Delancey
was arrested at the Pennock Trailer Park by Deputy Sheriff
Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Dec
07 at 7:37 pm.
