On 9 Dec 07 Rodney G. King Sr., age 63, 97 Greene Street, Newport, reported a digital trail camera was stolen from his property a 1607 Bear Run Road, Reno, between 22 Nov and 4 Dec 07. This case remains under investigation (1184).

On 9 Dec 07 Deputy Sheriff Lockhart charged Mark A. McIntyre, age 26, 223 Broughton Avenue, Marietta, and Marc A. Crockett, age 27, 145 Rake Road, Whipple, with assault. McIntyre and Crockett, both of whom are inmates in the Washington County Jail, are accused of punching inmate Christopher Peyton, age 18, 118 Second Street, Marietta, in the chest and ribs for reasons unbeknownst to Mr. Peyton.

On 9 Dec 07 Sgt. Parks and Deputy Sheriff Smeeks investigated an anonymous report of a male and female screaming at each other inside the trailer at 150 Camelot Road Lot 30, Belpre. Once inside the residence the deputies observed the home was in complete disarray, with holes in walls, windows broken and trash strewn about the floor. Jeremy D. Feick, age 24, stated the heated argument began when his live-in girlfriend Melissa Bonner, age 27, returned to the residence after vanishing two days earlier. From the statements of both parties the deputies determined Ms. Bonner struck Mr. Feick with a six inch glass ashtray and Mr. Feick retaliated by pushing Ms. Bonner onto a couch. Being that Mr. Feick and Ms. Bonner were equally involved, both were arrested for domestic violence and transported to the Washington County Jail.

On 9 Dec 07 Mark D. Sargent, age 49, 790 Allman Road, Belpre, reported while his wife was cleaning the room of a family friend who recently vacated their residence, she found several items she believed are drug paraphernalia. This case remains under investigation (200, 712).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Christy Lynn Tennant, age 24, 401 Third Street, Macksburg, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Tennant was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Dec 07 at 11:14 am.

Melissa Sue Bonner, age 27, 118 Broad Run Road, Saint Marys, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Bonner was arrested by Sgt. Parks of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Dec 07 at 1:14 pm.

Jeremy Daniel Feick, age 24, 150 Camelot Road Lot 30, Belpre, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Feick was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Parks of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Dec 07 at 2:01 pm.

Bradley Joe McAtee, age 27, 402 Jefferson Square Apt. 702, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. McAtee was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Morris and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Dec 07 at 8:48 pm.

Jimmy Rex Parker, age 46, 304 Maple Street, Marietta, for nonsupport of dependants, a felony. Parker was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Wenzel of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Dec 07 at 9:15 pm.
