On 6 Dec 07 Tricia Ferebee, age 25, 9400 State Route 550, Vincent, reported her ex-boyfriend Donald W. Kitts, age 25, 10270 State Route 550 Apt. B2, Vincent, entered her home without permission and attempted to provoke a fight with her new boyfriend. Violating the terms of a protection order, Mr. Kitts only left when Ms. Ferebee said she would come back to him if he left the residence. Verifying Ms. Ferebee’s account with a witness, Deputy Sheriff Staats arrested Mr. Kitts for violating a protection order and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

On 6 Dec 07 John C. Roberts, age 42, 19055 State Route 821, Macksburg, reported between 25 Nov and 29 Nov 07 an unknown suspect(s) stole an aluminum tire rim and a scrap radiator from a field on his property. This case remains under investigation (1299).

On 6 Dec 07 Deputy Sheriff Staats issued a citation to Samantha J. Linger, age 25, 16687 State Route 339, Dexter City, for driving under an FRA suspended license. Deputy Staats stopped Ms. Linger on Interstate 77 near milepost thirteen in Salem Township.

On 6 Dec 07 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to James M. Kidd, age 19, 107 Clark Street, Marietta, for traveling 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Kidd on State Route 7 near Blue Knob Road in Warren Township.

On 6 Dec 07 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Mary A. Strother, age 41, 59 Sunnyside Drive, Athens, for traveling 81 mph in a 55 mph zone. Lt. Wilson stopped Ms. Strother on State Route 7 near Joe Skinner Road in Warren Township.

On 6 Dec 07 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Leonard E. Richards, age 53, PO Box 715, Parkersburg, for driving under a suspended license. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Richards on US 50 at State Route 339 in Belpre Township.

Jachob Dale Rose, age 20, 6273 Alexandria Drive, Parma, OH, for a felony and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drugs. Rose was arrested on Interstate 77 by Deputy Sheriff McLeish and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Dec 07 at 12:34 pm.

Larry Joe Wilson, age 45, 108 Faye Avenue, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Wilson was arrested on Pike Street by Deputy Sheriff Norman and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Dec 07 at 2:07 pm.
