On 28 Nov 07 Nicholas B. Dobbs, age 36, 554 Pine Ridge Road, Fleming, reported sometime since 10 Nov, his camouflage Double Bull blind hunting stand was stolen from his farm. This case remains under investigation (1097).

On 28 Nov 07 Corey Ankrom, age 20, PO Box 393, Waverly, WV, reported a $10 bill he received as change for a purchase from B&J Carryout was actually a $1 bill with the ends of a $10 taped to each end of the smaller bill. This case remains under investigation (1097).

Phillip Conrad Hughes, age 22, 148 Woodlawn Avenue, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Hughes was arrested on Front Street in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 07 at 1:40 am.

Johnathan James Bitz, age 22, 418 State Street, Kipton, OH, for operating without a license and for speeding, both misdemeanors. Bitz was arrested at the courthouse by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 07 at 9:32 am.
