On 26 Nov 07 Deputy Sheriff Evans investigated
a report of an argument involving Christopher A. Peyton, age
18, 118 Second Street, Lower Salem, and his mother. Visibly
intoxicated, Mr. Peyton stated he consumed alcohol at a location
in Marietta that evening. As a result, Deputy Evans arrested
Mr. Peyton for underage consumption of alcohol and transported
him to the Washington County Jail.
On 26 Nov 07 Timothy S. Mackey, age 27, 2346
Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, was arrested by Deputy Sheriff Carr
for violating the terms of a protection order. The protected
party in this case, Amanda Blind, age 34, 1247 Sealy Ridge
Road, Vincent, reported Mr. Mackey parked his vehicle in her
driveway, which is within 500 feet of the protected distance.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Christopher Allen Peyton, age 18, 118 Second
Street, Lower Salem, for underage consumption of alcohol, a
misdemeanor. Peyton was arrested at his residence by Deputy
Sheriff Evans and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 26 Nov 07 at 3:55 am.
Andrew Guy Mayle, age 19, 809 Hocking Road,
Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Mayle was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Nov 07
at 9:15 am.
Brent Michael Radabaugh, age 30, 111 Colonial Square Apt.
B, Belpre, for receiving stolen property, a felony. Radabaugh
was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy
Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 26 Nov 07 at 2:55 pm.
Timothy Scott Mackey, age 27, 712 McGill Road, Vincent, for
violating the terms of a protection order, a misdemeanor. Mackey
was arrested on Sealy Ridge Road by Deputy Sheriff Carr and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Nov 07 at 5:00
pm.
Lynn Ann Elkayam, age 31, 2255 Tick Ridge Road, Vincent, for
violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Elkayam
was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Nov 07
at 5:00 pm.
