On 23 Nov 07 Deputy Sheriff Malone issued
a minor misdemeanor citation to Regina Hoover, age 43, 22 Wells
Road, Waterford, for disorderly conduct by fighting. That evening
Ms. Hoover’s sister in law reported Ms. Hoover was intoxicated,
yelling and lunged at her in a threatening manner. Ms. Hoover’s
sister in law stated she did not fear for her safety, believing
alcohol was the root of the problem.
On 23 Nov 07 Lt. Wilson issued a citation
to Lora L. Rockhold, age 41, Route 1 Box 132, Waverly, WV,
for driving under a suspended license. Lt. Wilson stopped Ms.
Rockhold on State Route 7 near Joe Skinner Road in Belpre Township.
On 23 Oct 07 Deputy Sheriff Lockhart arrested
Charles E. Walker Jr., age 28, 114 Grove Street, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication. Witnesses reported
Walker was heavily intoxicated and knocking on doors on Goose
Run Road. Evident from his behavior, Mr. Walker was so intoxicated
he thought each residence he was at was his own residence.
On 23 Nov 07 Delores J. Mayle, age 70, 1547
Mayle Ridge Road, Cutler, reported she has been in Florida
since 28 Sep and during that time an unknown suspect(s) broke
into her home and stole a gold necklace, a gold ring, silver
coins and other items from throughout her home. This case remains
under investigation (515).
On 23 Nov 07 Deputy Sheriff Travaglio issued
minor misdemeanor citations to Brian W. Cisler, age 41, 1119
Williams Avenue, New Matamoras, and Ricky L. Beaver, age 48,
101 Evans Street Apt. B11, New Matamoras, for disorderly conduct
by fighting. Outside Taylor’s Bar that evening the two
had a heated argument and minor physical confrontation over
an incident involving Mr. Beaver and Mr. Beaver’s ex-wife,
who is Mr. Cisler’s current girlfriend.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Charles Edward Walker Jr., age 28, 114 Grove Street, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Walker
was arrested on Goose Run Road by Deputy Sheriff Lockhart and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Nov 07 at 12:46
am.
Wayne Anthony Rhodes, age 18, 5009 Kidder Drive, Belpre, for
two counts of failure to appear and for three counts of violating
the terms of his probation, all misdemeanors. Rhodes was arrested
at his residence by Detective Hiatt of the Washington County
Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 23 Nov 07 at 11:04 am.
David Allen Sayres, age 42, 223 Sheldon Avenue, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Sayres
was arrested on Front Street in Marietta by Patrolman Hilverding
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 23 Nov 07 at 3:00 pm.
Enrique Alejad Davidovich, age 27, 895 Belleville Avenue,
Daly City, CA, for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor.
Davidovich was arrested on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23
Nov 07 at 5:10 pm.
Wendy Lue Cole, age 33, 2500 Bellview Street, Belpre, for
a felony charge of failure to appear and for being a fugitive
from justice. Cole was arrested at her residence by Patrolman
Stump of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 23 Nov 07 at 6:30 pm.
Jonathan James Bitz, age 22, 418 State Street, Kipton, OH,
for operating with an expired license and for speeding, both
misdemeanors. Bitz was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio
State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 23 Nov 07 at 9:00 pm.
Christopher Shawn McLeod, age 40, 112 Devol Drive, Marietta,
for OVI, a misdemeanor. McLeod was arrested on Gilman Avenue
in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
23 Nov 07 at 10:30 pm.
