On 22 Nov 07 Deputy Sheriff Morris issued a citation to Amanda D. Cornell, age 24, 1826 Cameron Avenue, Parkersburg, for driving under a license suspended for having unpaid citations. Deputy Morris stopped Ms. Cornell on State Route 7 near Millers Lane in Marietta Township.

On 22 Nov 07 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes issued a citation to Eric D. Yoho, age 20, 1368 Cave Hill Road, Little Hocking, for traveling 90 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputy Rhodes stopped Mr. Yoho on State Route 339 near Spence Lane in Barlow Township.

On 22 Nov 07 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks issued a citation to Archie R. Dille, 8887 State Route 555, Chesterhill, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Smeeks stopped Mr. Dille near milepost sixteen on State Route 555 in Wesley Township.

On 22 Nov 07 Deputy Sheriff Travaglio issued a citation to Jerry T. Bellville III, age 26, 111 Faye Avenue, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license, for having fictitious tags and for not stopping at a red light. Deputy Travaglio stopped Mr. Bellville at the intersection of Pike Street and Greene Street in Marietta.

On 22 Nov 07 Deputy Sheriff Travaglio arrested Thomas E. Fryman, age 51, 284 Ridgewood Court Apt. I for .08 breath OVI and for driving outside the marked lanes of travel. Observed weaving in and out of his lane on Glendale Road, Mr. Fryman had a strong odor of alcohol and red, watery eyes. Despite several attempts, Mr. Fryman could not complete a battery of sobriety tests. When transported to the Washington County Jail Mr. Fryman tested .130 BAC.

On 22 Nov 07 Deputy Sheriff Staats requested a summons for David E. Coe, age 58, 10557 State Route 555, Cutler, for disorderly conduct by fighting. Mr. Coe admitted punching Justin Denton, age 25, 3895 State Route 676, Stockport, after he confronted Mr. Denton about the loud exhaust on his vehicle.

On 22 Nov 07 Deputy Sheriff Lockhart conducted a traffic stop after he observed a vehicle driven by Justin W. Barth, age 23, 299 Millers Lane, Marietta, nearly drive into a ditch on two occasions. When questioned, Mr. Barth answered he drank three or four beers and had a few Jello shots earlier in the evening. Arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail, Mr. Barth tested .149 BAC. A passenger in Mr. Barth’s vehicle, Abigail D. Johnson, age 20, 125 Rauch Drive, Marietta, was arrested for underage consumption of alcohol, having admitted to drinking that evening.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Leah Ann Hardman, age 41, 638 Sixth Street, Marietta, for endangering children, a misdemeanor. Hardman was arrested on State Route 550 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Nov 07 at 12:15 am.

Larry Alston Battin, age 49, 73 Holland Avenue, Parkersburg, for OVI, endangering children and for having an inoperable license plate light, all misdemeanors. Battin was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Nov 07 at 12:59 am.

Justin William Barth, age 23, 299 Millers Lane, Reno, for .08 breath OVI, a misdemeanor. Barth was arrested on County Nine Road in Newport by Deputy Sheriff Lockhart and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Nov 07 at 1:45 am.

Abigail Darlene Johnson, age 20, 125 Rauch Drive, Marietta, for underage possession of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Johnson was arrested on County Nine Road in Newport by Deputy Sheriff Lockhart and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Nov 07 at 1:45 am.

Erika Dawn Hall, age 28, 3915 Armstrong Court, Jeffersonville, IN, for .08 breath OVI, a misdemeanor. Hall was arrested on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Nov 07 at 4:43 am.

David Allen Sayres, age 42, 223 Sheldon Avenue, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Sayres was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman McClelland of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Nov 07 at 11:09 am.

Aaron Levi Harding, age 24, 39 Pasadena Street, Pittsburgh, PA, for possession of drugs and for possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Harding was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Nov 07 at 3:35 pm.

Thomas Edward Fryman, age 51, 284 Ridgewood Court Apt. I, Marietta, for .08 breath OVI and for driving outside the marked lanes of travel, both misdemeanors. Fryman was arrested on Seventh Street by Deputy Sheriff Travaglio and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Nov 07 at 11:08 pm.
