On 21 Nov 07 Deputy Sheriff Travaglio issued
a citation to Thomas L. Balderson, age 21, 17184 Muskingum
River Road, Waterford, for having a loud exhaust and for driving
a vehicle with tags that expires on 4 Nov 07. Deputy Travaglio
stopped Mr. Balderson on State Route 60 at Franklin Street
in Lowell.
On 21 Nov 07 Deputy Sheriff Travaglio issued
a citation to Michael R. Daff, age 29, 134 Dawes Circle, Marietta,
for failure to obey a traffic control device. Deputy Travaglio
stopped Mr. Daff after he failed to stop at a red light on
Pike Street at the Interstate off ramp in Marietta.
On 21 Nov 07 Richard Siley, age 34, 253 Millgate
Road, Marietta, reported he believes a family member used his
personal information to obtain a credit card and used the card
to amass $1,150 in charges to a personals phone line. This
case remains under investigation (684).

were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Polly Elizabeth Oblisk, age 53, 803 Fifth
Street Apt. D, Marietta, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.
Oblisk was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Blasko of
the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 21 Nov 07 at 3:14 am.
Dennis Eugene Herndon III, age 21, 106 Riley
Drive Apt. 3, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
Herndon was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Hively of
the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 21 Nov 07 at 1:00 pm.
Robert Lynn Icenhour, age 37, 284 Peters Avenue, Lancaster,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Icenhour was picked up in Fairfield County
by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 21 Nov 07 at 2:05 pm.
Jeffrey Lee Ingram, age 28, 605 Cross Street Apt. A, Belpre,
for tampering with drugs and for two counts of trafficking
in drugs, all felonies. Ingram was picked up at the Noble Correctional
Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 21 Nov 07 at 5:23 pm.
