On 15 Nov 07 Brooke E. Long, age 45, 291 Vickers Road, Marietta, reported she believes she lost her Visa credit card at Speedway on Second Street the week before. When her credit card statement arrived, Mrs. Long said after she lost the card it was used several times in Little Hocking, Athens and Williamstown for transactions totaling over $1,400. This incident remains under investigation (1183).

On 15 Nov 07 Christopher S. Friend, age 38, 1271 Lynch Church Road, Marietta, reported his live-in girlfriend and mother of his child, Wendy R. Sudnik, age 30, assaulted him. Mr. Friend stated the two were arguing over purchasing milk for their child and Ms. Sudnik slapped him and pulled his hair. Ms. Sudnik admitted grabbing Mr. Friend’s hair but denied slapping him with an open hand. In consequence, Deputy Sheriff McLeish arrested Ms. Sudnik for domestic violence and transported her to the Washington County Jail.

On 15 Nov 07 Lt. Canavan arrested Douglas P. Christopher, age 39, 845 County House Lane, Marietta, for two counts of assault. A resident of the County Home along with his girlfriend Janel Trickett, age 39, Christopher grabbed Trickett in the face that morning and last week pulled out a clump of her hair and left bruises when he grabbed her face and arms.

On 15 Nov 07 Deputy Sheriff Carr was dispatched to the scene of a domestic dispute at 9400 State Route 550, Vincent. The home’s resident, Tricia Ferebee, age 25, stated the father of her two children Donald W. Kitts, age 25, 10270 State Route 550, Vincent, threatened and pushed her. Following a property exchange outside, Ms. Ferebee said Mr. Kitts kicked open a doggy door, reached inside and opened a door to her home. Ordered repeatedly to leave, Mr. Kitts threatened to kill Ms. Ferebee and her friend. Once he did leave, Mr. Kitts kicked the car belonging to Ms. Ferebee’s friend and left a large dent. As a result of the incident, Deputy Carr arrested Mr. Kitts for domestic violence, criminal damaging and aggravated trespassing.

Kori E. Boyce-Whitacre, age 35, 580 Rummer Road, Marietta, for failing to appear for pretrial on 7 Nov 07.

Scott M. Zimmerman, age 28, 3929 Watertown Road, Watertown, for failing to appear to serve ten days in jail on 2 Nov 07.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Darci Dee McIntyre, age 41, 838 Fourth Street, Marietta, for theft, a felony. McIntyre was picked up in Massillon by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Nov 07 at 1:47 pm.

Michael David Slonaker, age 49, Moundsville, for three felony counts of trafficking in drugs. Slonaker was picked by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Nov 07 at 2:07 pm.

Douglas Christopher Perry, age 38, 975 Mount Tom Road, Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts of assault. Perry was arrested at the Washington County Home by Lt. Canavan of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Nov 07 at 2:44 pm.

Patrick Russell Slider, age 43, 625 Tower Road, Little Hocking, for trafficking in drugs and for possession of drugs, both felonies. Slider was arrested at his residence by Detective Nohe of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Nov 07 at 4:00 pm.

Brandon Scott Walters, age 25, 715 Greene Street Apt. A, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Walters was arrested at his residence by Lt. Huffer of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Nov 07 at 5:50 pm.

Wendy Rosalia Sudnik, age 30, 1271 Lynch Church Road, domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Sudnik was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff McLeish and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Nov 07 at 7:05 pm.

Donald William Kitts, age 25, 10270 State Route 550 Apt. B2, Vincent, for domestic violence, criminal damaging and for aggravated trespassing, all misdemeanors. Kitts was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Nov 07 at 10:35 pm.

Cody Kane Travis, age 25, 68-124 UA Street, Waialua, HI, for OVI and for driving left of center, both misdemeanors. Travis was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Nov 07 at 3:00 pm.
