On 12 Nov 07 Deputy Sheriff Travaglio issued a citation to Chad E. Bailey, age 27, 1209 Cisler Drive Apt. C, Marietta, for failure to reinstate his operator’s license and for not using a turn signal. Deputy Travaglio stopped Mr. Bailey on Colegate Drive near Dale Street in Marietta.

On 12 Nov 07 the owner of Beverly Feed and Supply, 19705 State Route 60, Beverly, reported between 3:30 pm on 10 Nov and 10:30 on 11 Nov a Bush Hog utility vehicle valued at over $8,000 was stolen from the business. This case remains under investigation (1106).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jason Allen Smith, age 28, 535 Conner Drive, Mansfield, for driving under a suspended license and for speeding, both misdemeanors. Smith was arrested near milepost twelve on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 07 at 9:51 am.

Jason Lee Bartimus, age 31, 2228 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, for burglary, a felony. Bartimus was arrested in Marietta by Detective Parks of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 07 at 12:36 pm.

Leroy Gerald Everett Best, age 25, 709 Wayne Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Best was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Gragan of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 07 at 1:18 pm.

Larry Eugene Sparks, age 51, 833 Second Street, Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Sparks was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Newell of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 07 at 5:50 pm.
