On 27 Oct 07 Deputy Sheriff Mankins arrested
Ronald R. Bailey, age 44, 3044 Washington Boulevard, Belpre,
for consuming alcohol in a vehicle. Stopping Mr. Bailey for
not using a turn signal when turning from State Route 339 onto
McGill Road, Deputy Mankins noticed an odor of alcohol and
found an empty beer can in Mr. Bailey’s possession.
On 27 Oct 07 Donald L. Spung, age 58, 1881
Watertown Road, Waterford, reported overnight an unknown suspect(s)
entered and rummaged through his garage, stealing a .22 caliber
rifle. This case remains under investigation (1299).
On 27 Oct 07 Deputy Sheriff Travaglio issued
a citation to Brian P. Bacorn, age 28, 1449 Reynolds Run Road,
Newport, for driving with fictitious tags and for driving under
a license suspended for not paying child support. Deputy Travaglio
stopped Mr. Bacorn on State Route 7 near Sanjubar Road in Marietta
Township.
On 27 Oct 07 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes issued
a citation to Pamela R. Fellure, age 27, 2500 Bellview Avenue
Apt. A, Belpre, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy
Rhodes stopped Ms. Fellure on Washington Boulevard near Farson
Street in Belpre.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Michael Joseph Littleton, age 19, 710 Front Street Apt. 11,
Marietta, for criminal damaging, a misdemeanor. Littleton was
arrested at his residence by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 27 Oct 07 at 1:00 am.
William Thomas Gilliam, age 43, 3155 State Route 26, Marietta,
for OVI, driving under a suspended license and for driving
left of center, all misdemeanors. Gilliam was arrested on Greene
Street in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 27 Oct 07 at 1:45 am.
Michael Eric Hoffert, age 24, 161 Wells Avenue, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, for violating the terms of his probation and for criminal
damaging, all misdemeanors. Hoffert was arrested on State Route
550 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 27 Oct 07 at 2:00 am.
Thomas Joseph Cline, age 32, 110 Shady Lane, Marietta, for
theft, a misdemeanor. Cline was arrested on State Route 7 by
Deputy Sheriff Travaglio and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 27 Oct 07 at 12:55 pm.
Alejandro Ferna Gutierrez, age 24, 3131 Knights Road, Bensalem,
PA, for operating a vehicle without a license and for speeding,
both misdemeanors. Gutierrez was arrested on State Route 7
by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 27 Oct 07 at 2:26 pm.
Deanna Lynn Ruszala, age 45, 780 Brewer Road, Leonard, MI,
for driving under a suspended license and for speeding, both
misdemeanors. Ruszala was arrested on Interstate 77 by the
Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 27 Oct 07 at 6:05 pm.
Nevin Shawn Brown, age 18, 225 Cackler Road, Streetsboro,
OH, for possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia,
both misdemeanors. Brown was arrested on Interstate 77 by the
Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 27 Oct 07 at 8:30 pm.
Kyle Andrew Hogan, age 19, 1914 Hyannis Circle, Hudson, OH,
for possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Hogan
was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Oct 07
at 8:30 pm.

for consuming alcohol in a vehicle, a misdemeanor. Bailey was
arrested on McGill Road by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 27 Oct 07 at 10:30 pm.
