On 17 Oct 07 David R. Williams, age 48, 211
E. Spring Street, Marietta, reported sometime during the past
month the renter of his property at 3932 Veto Road, Vincent,
sold the residence’s hot tub without permission. This
case remains under investigation (232).
On 17 Oct 07 Detective Evans requested a summons
for Justin Hesson, age 19, 160 Chainey Run Road, Marietta,
for sexual imposition. The affidavit Detective Evans filed
alleges Hesson inappropriately touched a fifteen year old female
relative who was staying at his home on 29 Sep 07.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Joshua Lee Chapa, age 23, 832 St Marys Avenue,
Marietta, for felony charges of breaking and entering and burglary
and for misdemeanor charges of receiving stolen property and
possession of drug paraphernalia. Chapa was arrested at his
residence by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Oct 07
at 3:09 pm.
John David O’Brien, age 52, Marietta,
for a felony charge of domestic violence and for a misdemeanor
charge of endangering children. O’Brien was picked up
at the North Central Regional Jail in Greenwood, WV by Deputy
Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 17 Oct 07 at 10:10 am.
Ryan Lee Adams, age 21, 2110 Christy Road, Marietta, for two
felony counts of breaking and entering. Adams was picked up
at the North Central Regional Jail in Greenwood, WV by Deputy
Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 17 Oct 07 at 10:23 am.
Kurt Matthew Lauer, age 47, 41685 Ashton Hill Road, Caldwell,
for nonsupport of dependants and for violating the terms of
his probation, both misdemeanors. Lauer was picked up in Noble
County by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 17 Oct 07 at 1:43 pm.
Stephanie Patricia Maggi, age 21, Route 1 Box 176, Bellville,
WV, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines and for violating the terms of her probation, both misdemeanors.
Maggi was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail in Greenwood,
WV by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 17 Oct 07 at 4:11 pm.
Jamie Lee Brooks, age 31, 308 Sixth Street Apt. B, Marietta,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Brooks was arrested at
his residence by Patrolman Hilverding of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 17 Oct 07 at 7:33 pm.
