On 6 Oct 07 Deputy Sheriff Reynolds requested
a summons for Michelle R. Allen, age 38, 11723 State Route
550, Fleming, for telecommunications harassment. Ms. Allen
was requested by the victim in the case to not have contact
with the victim’s family but left a voicemail message
on the victim’s mobile phone on 4 Oct.
On 6 Oct 07 Deputy Sheriff Travaglio issued
a citation to Andrew A. Sexton, age 29, 783 Wolfe Creek, Grayson,
KY, for driving under a suspended license, for having fictitious
plates and for having an inoperable headlight. Deputy Travaglio
stopped Mr. Sexton on State Route 60 near State Route 530 in
Lowell.
The following individual
wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:
Christian Adam Preston, age 25, 875 Dodd Run Road, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Preston was arrested on Hanna Road by
Deputy Sheriff Norman and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 6 Oct 07 at 11:20 pm.
