On 25 Sep 07 Jonna L. Curry, age 59, 246 Town
Hall Lane, Belpre, reported an unauthorized individual used
her personal information to obtain Dominion Gas service at
a location in Fleming between 2003 and 2007. This case remains
under investigation (8411).
On 25 Sep 07 Timothy M. Smith, age 49, 5745
Sandhill Road, Marietta, reported his Ford Taurus was stolen
from his vehicle during the night. Mr. Smith later phoned and
stated he was under a lot of stress at the moment and remembered
he left his vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot (790).
On 25 Sep 07 Deputy Sheriff Staats arrested
William F. Coe, age 46, 30 Mill Street, Vincent, for consuming
alcohol in a vehicle. Stopping Mr. Coe for speeding on State
Route 550, Deputy Staats observed a beer can concealed in a
paper sack in the vehicle’s console. Mr. Coe stated he
had been drinking and just purchased the beer at a gas station.
On 25 Sep 07 Joel P. Eaton, age 38, 1610 Bender
Road, Marietta, reported sometime over the past three days
an unknown suspect removed a window air conditioner from his
garage and stole a number of tractor parts, an air sander,
a floor jack, a drill, a compound bow and other tools. This
case remains under investigation (515).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Samuel Jarrett Nay, age 47, 1655 Michaelis Road, Marietta,
for driving under an OVI suspended license, failure to signal
and for operating a vehicle without license plates, all misdemeanors.
Nay was arrested on Lowell Hill Road by Deputy Sheriff Travaglio
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Sep 07
at 12:58 am.
Pamela Jean Rardon, age 51, 444 Windsor Street, Akron, for
possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, both
misdemeanors. Rardon was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio
State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 25 Sep 07 at 3:15 am.
Moira Elaine Mosher, age 53, 1344 Valley Drive, Akron, for
possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, both
misdemeanors. Mosher was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio
State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 25 Sep 07 at 3:27 am.
Robert Eugene White II, age 52, 242 Pennsylvania
Avenue Apt. 2, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license
and for violating the terms of his probation, both misdemeanors.
White was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman
McClelland of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 25 Sep 07 at 10:35 am.
Jason Ian Dunn, age 22, 519 Aurora Street, Marietta, for contempt
of a court order, a misdemeanor. Dunn was arrested at his residence
by Detective Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25
Sep 07 at 11:00 am.
Marshall Charles Kremer, age 28, 119 Strecker Hill, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Kremer was arrested at his residence
by Patrolman Walters of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Sep 07
at 1:30 pm.
William Floyd Coe, age 46, 30 Mill Street, Vincent, for consuming
alcohol in a vehicle, a misdemeanor. Coe was arrested on State
Route 550 by Deputy Sheriff Staats and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 25 Sep 07 at 6:30 pm.
Robert Carl Burgett, age 29, 45145 Stock Township Road 233,
Summerfield, OH, for two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear.
Burgett was apprehended by a bounty hunter and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 25 Sep 07 at 8:13 pm.
David Allen Sayres, age 42, 223 Sheldon Avenue, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Sayres
was arrested on Pike Street in Marietta by Patrolman Blasko
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 25 Sep 07 at 9:45 pm.
