On 21 Sep 07 Joe Goodwin, age 25, 100 Tadpole
Run Road, Marietta, reported a Smith & Wesson .44 magnum
along with two other handguns were stolen from his basement
sometime since he last remembers seeing them in December 2006.
This case remains under investigation (953).
On 21 Sep 07 Laura L. Munc, age 58, 1257 Lowell
Hill Road, Lowell, reported she may have fallen prey to a phishing
scheme in which she replied to a fraudulent email asking her
for personal and bank account information. This case remains
under investigation (905).
On 21 Sep 07 a teacher at Frontier High School
reported a fifteen year old student consumed several prescription
ADHD pills and was being transported to the hospital. The student,
who stated she received the pills from her friend over a month
ago, was treated and released. This case remains under investigation
(953).

were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Michael Devon Smith, age 41, 101 Gilman Avenue
Lot 1, Marietta, for contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor.
Smith was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Probation
Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 21 Sep 07 at 9:30 am.
James Gray Tenney, age 49, 219 Coventry Road,
Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Tenney was
arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Patrolman Gragan
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 21 Sep 07 at 1:45 pm.
Megan Desiree Meeks, age 27, 4717 Torrington Avenue, Parma,
OH, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Meeks turned himself in to Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 21 Sep 07 at 4:15 pm.
Erica Dawn Shafer, age 29, 6171 Polo Drive, Columbus, for
driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Shafer was
arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Sep 07
at 9:20 pm.
Bruce Allen Guckert, age 47, 139 Leland Avenue, Marietta,
for nonsupport of dependants, a felony. Guckert was arrested
at Wal-Mart in Marietta by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 21 Sep 07 at 10:30 pm.
