On 16 Sep 07 Deputy Sheriff Eddy requested
a summons for Charles W. Clark, age 30, 5788 Buchanan Road,
Waterford, for disorderly conduct by intoxication. Extremely
intoxicated and being treated at Selby Hospital, Mr. Clark
claimed he was struck by a vehicle in Beverly then later said
he was struck in Marietta. Deputy Eddy determined Mr. Clark
exhibited no injuries indicative a car strike, but likely received
his injuries when he fell off a bar stool at a bar in Beverly.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jeffrey Alan Theiss, age 29, 27130 State Route 7, Marietta,
for possession of criminal tools, criminal trespassing, attempted
theft and for violating the terms of his probation, all misdemeanors.
Theiss was arrested at Southgate Trailer Park by Deputy Sheriff
Coppernoll and processed into the Washington County Jail on
16 Sep 07 at 1:00 am.
Shane Daniel Wisenburg, age 28, 1763 Windy Ridge Road, Vincent,
for OVI, driving under an OVI suspended license, speeding and
for violating the terms of his probation, all misdemeanors.
Wisenburg was arrested on Ward Street by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16
Sep 07 at 2:40 am.
David Lee Lamp, age 22, 1370 Lynch Church Road, Marietta,
for obstructing official business, a misdemeanor. Lamp was
arrested on Second Street in Marietta by Patrolman Linscott
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 16 Sep 07 at 2:50 am.
Tyler Nathan Parks, age 34 Larson Drive, Groveport, OH, for
OVI, a misdemeanor. Parks was arrested on Putnam Street in
Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 16 Sep 07 at 3:30 am.
Kerwin Dewayne Gray, age 39, 1929 Milburn Avenue, Toledo,
for driving under a suspended license and for speeding, both
misdemeanors. Gray was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio
State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 16 Sep 07 at 6:50 pm.
John Michael Yaro, age 52, 5403 Orchard Avenue, Parma, OH,
for OVI, a misdemeanor. Yaro was arrested on Interstate 77
by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 16 Sep 07 at 8:45 pm.
