On 13 Sep 07 Deputy Sheriff Malone investigated the theft of items from vehicles in the vicinity of 20267 State Route 550, Marietta. Stolen items include a carton of cigarettes, loose change and a Wal-Mart card.

On 13 Sep 0.7 Lt. Wilson arrested Daniel P. Williams, age 19, 1091 State Route 339, Belpre, for possession of drug paraphernalia. Stopping Mr. Williams for squealing his tires in the Warren High School parking lot, Lt. Wilson found a marijuana pipe on Mr. Williams during a pat down for weapons.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Parrish Dumorea Gulley, age 24, 2659 Indian Run Road, Marietta, for operating with an expired license and for failure to obey a traffic control device, both misdemeanors. Gulley was arrested on Putnam Street by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Sep 07 at 3:20 am.

Troy Jason Trent, age 27, 309 Main Street Apt. 2, Belmont, WV, for four felony counts of trafficking in drugs. Trent turned himself in at the jail to Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Sep 07 at 7:48 am.

Daniel Paul Williams, age 19, 1091 State Route 339, Belpre, for possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Williams was arrested on State Route 550 by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Sep 07 at 9:29 am.

Kelly Jane Farnsworth, age 19, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Farnsworth was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Hanson of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Sep 07 at 12:10 pm.

Joseph Wayne Cubbison, age 29, 3851 Ireland Road, Coolville, for driving under an OVI suspended license and for speeding, both misdemeanors. Cubbison was arrested on Sweet Apple Road by Lt. Canavan of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Sep 07 at 4:11 pm.

John P. Thomas, age 23, 310 Chelsea Street, Sistersville, WV, for possession of drugs, a misdemeanor. Thomas was arrested on Interstate 77 by Deputy Sheriff Travaglio and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Sep 07 at 4:45 pm.

Sanford W. Smith, age 27, 522 Second Street, Saint Marys, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Smith was arrested on Interstate 77 by Deputy Sheriff Staats and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Sep 07 at 7:47 pm.

Daville Devon Allen, age 23, 1508 Genesse Avenue, Columbus, for two felony counts of possession of drugs and misdemeanor charges of speeding, driving under a suspended license and possession of drugs. Allen was arrested on Interstate 77 by Deputy Sheriff Smeeks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Sep 07 at 8:00 pm.

Michelle Marie Curran, age 19, 1335 Latrobe Street, Parkersburg, for possession of drugs, a felony. Curran was arrested on Interstate 77 by Deputy Sheriff Smeeks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Sep 07 at 9:25 pm.

Marty L. Bass, age 38, 702 Franklin Avenue, Belpre, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Bass was arrested at the Four Seasons in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Staats and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Sep 07 at 11:33 pm.

Jerrod D. Russell, age 31, 27400 State Route 7, Marietta, for possession of crack cocaine, a felony. Russell was arrested at the Four Seasons in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Staats and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Sep 07 at 11:45 pm.

Paulette Ellen Bailey, age 42, 309 Lord Street, Marietta, for possession of drugs, a felony. Bailey was arrested at the Four Seasons in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Travaglio and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Sep 07 at 11:55 pm.

William Edward Noland Jr., age 43, 623 Virginia Street Apt. 309, Marietta, for possessing an open container of alcohol and for disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors. Noland was arrested on Second Street in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Sep 07 at 12:44 am.

Michael B. Gibson, age 23, 15015 Waterford Road, Waterford, for OVI, a misdemeanor. Gibson was arrested on State Route 60 by Deputy Sheriff Reynolds and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Sep 07 at 1:45 am.
