On 11 Sep 07 Patrick E. Arnold, age 41,
2410 Bells Run Road, Newport, reported a tenant of one of his
properties issued him a check for rent in June that was later
returned for non-sufficient funds. The tenant made a partial
payment to Mr. Arnold in cash but has ignored repeated attempt
by him to collect the remaining balance. This case remains
under investigation (8411).
On 11 Sep 07 Deputy Sheriff Morris issued
a citation to Donald P. Anderson, age 20, 2526 Valley View
Drive, Belpre, for operating a motorcycle without the proper
license endorsement. Deputy Morris stopped Mr. Anderson near
the intersection of Fourth and Putnam Streets in Marietta.
On 11 Sep 07 an employee of Jeff’s Auto
Repair, 4491 State Route 60, Marietta, reported sometime since
5 pm on 7 Sep an unknown suspect(s) cut the catalytic converters
off two vehicles parked at the business. This case remains
under investigation (1299).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Brian Matthew Stone, age 23, 1683 Darnold
Road, Vincent, for aggravated trespassing and aggravated menacing,
both misdemeanors. Stone turned himself in to Sgt. Underwood
of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and was processed
into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 07 at 9:44 am.
Jeanette Lynn Piggott, age 33, 509 Johnson Street, Parkersburg,
for contempt of a court order and for failure to appear, both
misdemeanors. Piggott was arrested at Camden Clark Hospital
by Bondsman Eddy and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 11 Sep 07 at 11:01 am.
Seth Taylor Venham, age 21, 1060 Sugar Run Road, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Venham
was arrested on behalf of Probation Officer Ferrell and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 07 at 1:40 pm.
Raleigh Ray Robinson Jr., age 31, 7 Monroe Street, Chauncey,
OH, for possession of drugs, permitting drug abuse and for
trafficking in drugs, all felonies. Robinson was picked up
at the Southeastern Regional Jail in Nelsonville by Deputy
Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 11 Sep 07 at 3:55 pm.
Felix Agyei Ntow, age 22, 215 Fifth Street, Marietta, for
violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Ntow was
arrested by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 07
at 8:14 pm.
