On 4 Sep 07 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued minor misdemeanor citations to Tabitha L. Ferrell, age 24, 713 Phillips Street, Marietta, and Harold L. Yoho, age 30, 535 Coal Run Road, Marietta, for being in possession of an open container of alcohol. Deputy Mankins observed the two inside a vehicle in the infield of the fairgrounds track with plastic cups filled with beer.

On 4 Sep 07 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Ellen J. Roberts, age 29, 570 Main Street, Waterford, for traveling 45 mph in a 20 mph school zone and for driving with tags that expired in June 2007. Lt. Wilson stopped Ms. Roberts on State Route 339 near Warrior Drive in Barlow Township.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Jessica Ash, age 21, 200 Pennock Street Lot 16, Beverly, for possession of the controlled substance Soma on 16 Aug 07.

Cora A. Beaver, age 18, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt. 5B, New Matamoras, for an act of domestic violence committed on 19 Aug 07.

Ronald B. Sheridan, age 36, Seventh Street, Marietta, for failing to appear for sentencing on 22 Aug 07 on a felony charge of passing bad checks.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Seung Chul Kim, age 48, 1749 Bronson Avenue, Los Angeles, CA, for being in physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and for not using stop lights, both misdemeanors. Kim was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Sep 07 at 12:30 am.

Dirk Edward Filon, age 23, 110 Knox Street Apt. 35, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines and for walking on a highway while intoxicated, both misdemeanors. Filon was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Sep 07 at 1:00 am.

Thomas Alden Statkiewicz, age 24, 2705 Lake Road Apt. A, Fleming, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Statkiewicz was arrested at the courthouse by Probation Officer Smith and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Sep 07 at 10:41 am.

Darci Dee McIntyre, age 40, Marietta, for a felony charge of theft and misdemeanor charges of failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines and obstructing official business. McIntyre was arrested by Detective Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Sep 07 at 3:20 pm.
