On 23 Aug 07 Deputy Sheriff Carr issued a citation to April F. Conant, age 24, 14350 State Route 555, Cutler, for traveling 38 mph in a 20 mph school zone. Deputy Carr stopped Ms. Conant on State Route 550 near Blue Knob Road in Warren Township.

On 23 Aug 07 Deputy Sheriff Travaglio issued a citation to Christopher L. Watson, age 19, 202 Poplar Street, Marietta, for not using a turn signal, for operating a vehicle with plates that expired in May 2007 and for driving a vehicle without his driver’s license in his possession. Deputy Travaglio stopped Mr. Watson on Pike Street at the Lafayette plaza in Marietta.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrant:

Megan Oliver, age 18, 368 Moss Hollow Road, Chillicothe, for violating the terms of her probation.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jeffrey Lee Pepper, age 40, 1600 Pike Street Apt. 41, Parkersburg, for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Pepper was arrested on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Aug 07 at 3:12 am.

Robert Jonathan Huffman, age 26, 797 Channel Lane, Marietta, for aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor. Huffman was arrested on Pike Street in Marietta by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Aug 07 at 4:29 am.

John Eugene Anderson, age 26, Marietta, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Anderson was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Aug 07 at 9:30 pm.
